  • What

    A roadmap for how to have a body that ages well, a heart that is open and generous, and a mind that is calm and discerning. Women coming together 'in circle' who will stand up for who you want to become next. With a leader who is skilled at and compassionate with coaching women who want to wake up to the incredible beauty of life.

  • Why

    Because change is hard even when you know what you're doing. Going it alone can only get you so far and your "one wild and precious life" is calling for you to do more. This work is more than just self-care. Most of you reading this are privileged - you have so much already. Yet your life doesn't ache with gratitude - but it can.

  • How

    In a live group call each week on Zoom, you will learn a new habit to implement or deepen, including live coaching, embodied practices and a discussion with the STICK community of women. You will have access to an accountability partner, a book detailing the habits, worksheets, private Facebook group, and an online courses hub to access all materials. All live calls are recorded and can be watched at your convenience but live participation is highly encouraged. Live calls will alternate between Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
