How this works

Stay curious and always be experimenting.

Once you join the challenge, you will have access to the Orientation section. In Orientation, you will get the tools to prepare for the challenge including shopping tips, food prep skills, recipes to start with, worksheets to print out, and the best mindset to adopt.

Then, the 5-day challenge will run from Monday, June 24 thru Friday, June 28. Each day a new video will be released. In the closed Facebook group participants will be posting pictures, recipes, questions and brags! Celebrating your small wins is highly encouraged - especially if you are hoping this new eating habit will STICK.

What is a whole-foods, plant-based diet?
Whole food describes natural foods that are not heavily processed. That means whole, unrefined, or minimally refined ingredients (excludes refined foods like added sugars, white flour, and processed oils).
Plant-based means food that comes from plants (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts) and doesn’t contain animal ingredients such as meat, milk, eggs, or honey.
